30-day money-back guarantee

Every purchase on how-to-start.com is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your blueprint for any reason, or for no reason at all, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. No questions asked, no conditions.

This guarantee applies even though our products are digital and delivered immediately. You do not need to justify your request, and having downloaded or read the blueprint does not affect your right to a refund.

How to request a refund

• Email us at contact@basecore.fr.
• Use the email address you ordered with, or include it in your message, so we can find your order. Including your order number helps but is not required.
• That is all. No forms, no explanations needed.

How and when you get your money back

Refunds are issued in full to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. We process refund requests within a few business days of receiving them. Once processed, your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to show the credit on your statement.
